FAQ's
How do I know how much laundry is in my order?
A normal sized load for a residential washer is about 10-12 pounds of laundry. How many loads does it look like you have? Multiply that by 10-12 for an approximate total weight. For a more precise measurement, you could even weigh your laundry bag on a bathroom scale at home. Step on the scale without the bag and get a baseline number. Then step on the scale while holding the bag. Subtract the first baseline number from the second number and you will have your laundry weight.
How long do you keep my laundry?
Our processing time is a day and a half. If you schedule a pickup on Monday morning, you will be able to schedule delivery on Tuesday night.
Please note that this is dependent on the availability of our route schedule. We currently visit each service area once in the morning and once in the evening Monday - Friday. We also visit each service area once in the morning on Saturday. If the delivery window has filled up with our maxiumum order count for the day, you will see the next available time slot on your app.
How do I cancel the recurring service?
There are no contracts or fees when you sign up for the recurring service.
- Simply log into your account and access the drop down menu on the top left corner
- Click on recurring orders
- Cancel the next pickup.
Is there any way to check on the status of my order?
We will always keep you up to speed on the process.
- You can always log in to your account and see the real-time status of an active order.
If you opt-in for text updates, you will receive the following notifications:
- If you have a recurring order, you will receive a text reminder to have your laundry ready the night before
- Our driver is on the way with an estimated arrival time
- Your laundry is successfully picked up and in our possession
- Your order begins the weigh/wash/fold process
- Your order completes the process
- Your order is out for delivery with an estimated arrival time
- Your order is successfully delivered
What do I put my laundry in?
You can use a laundry bag or even a large trash bag. Additionally, we offer reusable bags for sale.
We offer nylon laundry sacks with a draw-string for your dirty garments. Each bag typically holds 30 pounds or (3) average size residential loads.
We also offer large rectangle bags with a zipper top for your clean laundry delivery. These bags are water resistant. Your clean laundry will be folded and bundled in disposable plastic bags. These bundles will then be placed inside your large weather-resistant bag for additional protection and privacy. Each bag typically holds 60 pounds.
Where should I leave my laundry for pickup?
Ideally, you want to choose a space you feel it will be safe from the elements. Be sure to indicate both your pickup and drop off instructions when you sign up for service.

How is my laundry weighed?
Once your laundry is picked up, we bring it back to us for processing.
- Bulk items which are individually priced are removed from the order and billed accordingly
- Your remaining per pound laundry is weighed and documented in our system
- Once your laundry is washed, dried and folded - the order is weighed again to ensure it matches the intake weight and no garments were misplaced during processing
Can I modify my recurring service?
Absolutely!
- Simply log into your account and access the drop down menu on the top left corner
- Click on recurring orders
- You can change the frequency, date or cancel the service
Will my clothes be mixed with other customers'?
No, all customer orders are kept separate throughout the process. This means in the washers, dryers, and when folded.
Are there any additional fees?
- All wash and fold is charged by the pound with a minimum order of $40.
- Bulk item prices are listed and will be charged per unit. These items will not be weighed or included in the per pound laundry price.
- If you miss a scheduled pickup, there will be a $10 fee.
- Orders containing excessive amounts of pet har will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
- Heavily soiled items which require individual treatment or pre-rinse will be subject to an upcharge of $3 per item.
